Karl Paganin is an Executive Director of Euroz Securities Limited (Corporate Finance). Karl joined the company in 2002 and specialises in transaction structuring, co-ordination of capital raisings and providing strategic management advice to listed public companies. Prior to this Karl spent 11 years working as Senior Legal Counsel and General Manager Major Projects for the Heytesbury (Holmes á Court) Group of Companies. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Arts degree from the University of Western Australia and is a graduate in Applied Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Doug Young is an Executive Director of Euroz Securities Limited (Corporate Finance). He has more than 25 years of corporate finance experience, covering mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity raisings in domestic and international financial markets, corporate restructuring and other corporate finance transactions. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia and is a graduate in Applied Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia, a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants. Doug was formerly a director of the Sydney headquartered investment bank, Resource Finance Corporation where he was responsible for international business and was also previously a director/owner of D.J. Carmichael & Co.

Nick was formerly a Senior Associate in Mergers and Acquisitions for Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York. He has broad experience in mergers, acquisitions, recapitalisations, asset disposal and acquisition, equity capital markets and corporate advisory work. Nick previously gained experience in corporate and commercial law working for two national law firms in their Perth, Western Australia offices. Nick holds a Master of Laws (Corporate) from New York University, a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from Bond University and a Bachelor of Economics from UWA. He is admitted to the New York State Bar, Supreme Court of Western Australia and Federal and High Courts of Australia.

Austen has over seven years of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures experience in both the United Kingdom and Australia, across a broad range of sectors including resources and financial services. More recently his focus has been on upstream oil and gas transactions. Austen holds a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce double degree from the University of Western Australia, majoring in Accounting, Finance and Law. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (CA) and the Financial Services Institute of Australia (Grad Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment).

Prior to joining Euroz, Steve worked with a Big 4 accounting firm specializing in financial and commercial due diligence and analysis in relation to mergers and acquisitions, equity raisings and other corporate restructuring transactions in Sydney, Perth and London. Steve holds a B.Bus majoring in Accounting and Finance from the University of Technology, Sydney. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (CA) and the Financial Services Institute of Australia (Grad Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment).

Briohny holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia, majoring in Accounting and Finance. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (CA) and the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (Certificate of Applied Finance & Investment).
Prior to joining Euroz in 2006, Briohny worked as a Manager in financial control at Barclays Plc in London and was formerly a senior analyst in Deloitte Assurance and Advisory.

Alex was previously a Senior Manager with Deloitte Corporate Finance. Alex gained broad experience working in Perth and London, specialising in commercial valuations in support of mergers and acquisitions as well as significant experience gained in equity capital market transactions, take over structuring, debt refinancing and other corporate advisory transactions. Alex holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, majoring in Accounting and Finance and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (CA).

Mark was previously a Senior Manager with Deloitte Corporate Finance. Mark has gained broad experience working in commercial valuations in support of mergers and acquisitions, transaction and accounting advisory and auditing across the resources sector. Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University, majoring in Accounting and Information Systems, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (CA) and is a member of the Financial Services Institute of Australia (Grad Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment). He is currently undertaking further study to become a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
