Doug is Head of Corporate Finance. He has over 25 years of corporate finance experience, covering mergers and acquisitions,  debt  and equity raisings in domestic and international financial markets, corporate restructuring and other corporate finance transactions. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (UWA), is a graduate in Applied Finance from FINSIA, a Fellow of FINSIA and a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants (CPA).

Maurice has more than 25 experience in corporate advisory and finance roles, in Australia and in Europe. Prior to joining Euroz Securities, Maurice was a Partner with PwC and Arthur Andersen and founder and Managing Director of Mainsheet Corporate. His experience spans corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, equity raisings and corporate finance. Maurice is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce.

Prior to joining Euroz, Brian was a corporate finance partner at PwC, which he joined in 2007 when PwC acquired GEM Consulting (GEM). Brian was a director and shareholder of GEM, and had previously worked for Arthur Andersen in London. He has managed capital raisings, and provided advisory services to clients across the resources, mining services, engineering, technology and manufacturing sectors. Brian holds a Masters in Finance from London Business School, and a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (UWA).

Nick has over 12 years experience in mergers, acquisitions, corporate and commercial law and corporate finance with major firms in Australia and the United States.  He holds a Bachelor in Economics (UWA) and Master of Laws (NYU, Corporate).

Austen has over ten years of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures experience in both the UK and Australia, focused on the upstream oil and gas sector. Austen holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce (UWA) .  He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (CA) and FINSIA (Grad. Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment).

Mark was previously a Senior Manager with Deloitte Corporate Finance. Mark has broad experience working in commercial valuations and due diligence in support of mergers and acquisitions and equity capital raisings across the resources and industrials sector. Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University, majoring in Accounting and Information Systems, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (CA) and is a member of the Financial Services Institute of Australia (Grad Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment). He is currently undertaking further study with the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA).

Nathan has a broad range of corporate advisory experience including capital raisings, corporate acquisitions, corporate divestments and debt advisory. Prior to joining Euroz, Nathan was a Manager with ANZ Corporate Advisory in Melbourne and Deloitte Corporate Finance in Perth. Nathan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance.

Briohny has over five years experience in structuring and executing capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions and IPOs across a range of industry sectors including industrials, resources and energy. Briohny is a qualified Chartered Accountant in Australia. She has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Finance from the University of Western Australia. Briohny has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA). Prior to joining Euroz in 2006, Briohny worked as a Manager in financial control at Barclays in London after commencing her career within the assurance and advisory division of Deloitte, Perth.

Prior to joining Euroz, Robbie was a Commercial Analyst with ConocoPhillips Australia. During this time he specialised in the economic appraisal of large scale capital investments and acquisitions. Robbie also previously worked as an Investment Analyst with the LinQ Resources Fund covering a broad range of resource companies. Robbie holds a Master of Applied Finance degree from Monash University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia, majoring in Accounting and Finance.
